Tutoring and Mentoring

Basketball Kasey Tutoring Lucy Tutoring

Not every child has someone spurring them on to do well in school, apply to college, or will be disappointed in them for not getting into the ivy league. The reality is that 50 percent of New York City High school students graduate from college and nearly 1/3 of students drop out in the United Stated before getting their diploma.
There are schools in New York City no more than a couple miles away from the most prestigious universities in the world that don’t have books for every student, can’t afford to pay their teachers, have no SAT preparation, and students go entire academic sessions with substitute teachers. That the problem BUT I believe that we can be part of the solution.

Tutoring and mentoring gives students exposure to professionals and individuals in college, putting a face and name to their dreams of excelling and higher education.
